Minimum Requirements
CERTIFIED FIREFIGHTER:

Must be at least 18 years of age

Must possess a High School Diploma or GED

Must possess a valid driver's license
-
Must be a certified firefighter I in VA or pro board
-
Must possess VA or nationally registered EMT
-
Must possess EVOC class II
-
Must possess VA or pro board Hazmat operations
-
Must have at least 3 years career experience in a progressive career/combination fire department
FIREFIGHTER EMT:
-
Must be at least 18 years of age

Must possess a High School Diploma or GED
-
Must possess a valid driver's license
