Minimum Qualifications

  • Must possess a High School diploma or equvalent GED

  • Must be 18 years of age by hire date

  • Must be a citizen of the United States

  • Must possess a valid driver's license

  • Must possess an EMT certification or able to obtain with 1 year probationary period.​

2 Step Application Process

Step 1: Apply with Rapid City by:
August 9, 2024 - 5:00 pm MT
 

Step 2: Complete Testing and Video Interview with Public Safety Answers by:
August 18, 2024 - 5:00 pm MT
